Private Cottage: with private bathroom. US$100 per night double occupancy, includes a generous breakfast Reserve

Private Quarters: with shared bathroom facilities. US$40 per person per night, includes a generous breakfast Reserve

Shared Quarters: with shared bathroom US$30 per person per night, includes a generous breakfast. This rate applies to single travelers willing to share and families/groups of 4 sharing a cuad  Reserve

Groups & Private Rental – a lodge all to yourselves!

Up to 15 guests $375 per day flat rate plus meals, + $25 per day per additional guest, up to a maximum of $600. Reserve

Non-Profits, Educational, Service Groups,  NGO’s

We always provide special considerations to service projects and non profit efforts, whether it be in meal plans, extra free nights or other cost cutting opportunities. Please write to us with your project.

Meals

Standard Meal Plan $40 per person per day – breakfast $7; lunch $12; afternoon snack/tea $6; dinner $15. Includes bottled water and non-alcoholic beverage. Optional seafood lunch or dinner $30. Optional gourmet and special menus available; please inquire. Children under 11 1/2 price. Toddlers (under 4): FREE

All incidentals including alcohol, transportation, spa services and activities are billed appropriately and additionally.

Reservation and Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed and guaranteed only when the deposit of 50% is received within 10 days of your booking request. The balance of the rental, full payment of the meal plan and any special events packages are paid in full 45 days prior to the rental.

If reservations are made less than 45 days before arrival then the booking is confirmed and guaranteed when paid in full

Your rental deposit and payments issued toward your rental are non-refundable. If a cancellation is required a credit of any payments may be offered toward a future rental that must take place within the 365 days following the original reservation.

If for any unseen reasons the lodge becomes unavailable for your rental a full refund of any payments you have made will be provided.
